  2. Resolution First: You must allow our support team a fair opportunity to troubleshoot. Most issues are related to ISP throttling or device cache and can be fixed in minutes.
  3. ISP & Connection: Refunds are not granted for issues outside our control, such as low home internet speeds or ISP-level blocks that can be resolved with a VPN.

Eligibility for Refund

You may qualify for a refund only if the following condition is met:

  • Our IPTV service has completely stopped working, and
  • No backup solution (such as an alternative server, rerouting method, or other workaround) has been provided within 7 calendar days of your first support request.

We always strive to resolve service interruptions quickly by:

  • Offering alternative server access
